My first experience with GrubSouth wasn't great but my last two have been amazing! Ordering was easy...just put in your address and it will show the restaurant options for you. Then you choose one and place your order. Then it's fast service - so much so that the food is still fresh and warm when it gets here! It's certainly easier that getting ready and getting out when your busy at home or work. And so far, all the delivery drivers have been really friendly. I'll be using them again!
I ordered from GS today because I was sick and couldn’t leave the house. My driver, Allen, was so sweet and courteous. He was also wicked fast. Fantastic ambassador for your brand. Service was even better than the food!
My food arrived warm and intact only thing they didn't put any silverware in the bag even though I asked for it. Just keep the order as simple as possible. The driver arrived 5 mins before expected time of arrival.
So, the plan for a healthy dinner went out the window when we realized that the spaghetti squash had turned. My wife had homework and we didn’t have time to properly thaw chicken. GrubSouth it was. We’ve used GrubSouth about 18 times in the last year. Here’s why: We rarely wait more that 45 minutes for food to be delivered. It takes me longer than that to go pick it up and bring it home from most of the places we eat. Add to that, our drivers are always (seriously) courteous and friendly. In 18 orders we have had one minor mistake on an order. Feel like those are pretty good odds considering it’s always a family sized order and just the restaurant gets something wrong or off more often than that. So, thank you everyone at GrubSouth with a special thank you to our super friendly, 100% accurate and earlier than anticipated driver tonight, her name is Cassy if you’re lucky enough to have her deliver to you. I’ll be using that super easy app, way too soon for my wallet, because GrubSouth is true convenience.

I ordered food from their site and was quoted 51 minutes for delivery. We received our food in 31 minutes! The food was hot, the driver was extremely courteous and looked very presentable. Great restaurant variety, accurate orders picked up, friendly and courteous drivers, easy payment. I really wish they didn't charge a credit card processing fee because drivers cannot make change from cash easily. App is easy to use. Customer service is great to communicate if there is any delay or issue with an order. Convenient and delivery fee is reasonable.
I actually had a great experience with using this company to deliver my food which is unlike many of the other reviews. My food arrived a few minutes before the delivery time and it was hot and delicious. I had absolutely no issues with this company and won't hesitate to use them again.
Super fast. Super courteous. Order was 110% accurate. Ordered a pizza from Big Ed's. Forgot to request parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper but my driver anticipated my needs and brought them anyway. Glad to give my business to a locally owned company. Keep up the good work and thank you!
